What Will You Do:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Set sales targets for the area and ensure they are achieved.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve skills and productivity.
- Conduct regular meetings to review sales performance and address any issues.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular visits to key accounts and potential clients.
Sales Reporting
- Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales performance metrics.
Budget Management
- Manage the sales budget for the assigned area.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Monitor expenses and ensure they stay within the allocated budget.
Market Expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the area.
- Develop and execute plans to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.
What Will You Bring:
- 3+ years of proven sales
- Proven success in developing and leading a team to accomplish area and companywide goals, including hiring, training, and coaching.
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the HVAC/Solar/Home Industry
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Solid computer skills
- Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Self-motivated, drive to be the best
- Coaching skills to build a strong team
Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $70k-$80k annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
